Tehran, March 17 (Xinhua) -- More than 61,000 civilian facilities in Iran have been damaged in the Iranian capital Tehran, since the start of the conflict, including over 18,000 residential and commercial units, according to Fatemeh Mohajerani, a government spokesperson.
Mohajerani said that 226 women and 204 children were killed in the strikes.
